Indeed our flexible customised delivery model gives international clients the edge in their manufacturing system. Solutions not only for the project's needs but also to the client's needs. It also allow us to deliver standardised solutions for clients in multiple locations.

Technological innovations of Pushpak are evident from the continuous new product developments and product modifications achieved over a long period. Pushpak developed around 100 new products (major and minor) along with several product modifications to improve quality for its customers in last fifteen years.

New product development was of two types. Most of the new products developed were based on customer requirements where customer provided information regarding the project. Pushpak will design, make drawings, select raw materials and manufacture the proto type and mass produce for its customers. But in some contexts, samples which were made in different parts of the world were provided to us we did the necessary research on such products and redesigned, made drawings, selected raw materials and fabricated improved products for customers at lesser costs. This type of re-engineering of products and local sourcing save manufacturing, transportation costs and time for our customers.

We developed pallets and trolleys for rear and front axle, door, bumpers, fenders, instrument panels, plastic and sheet metal components for automobile industries, pallets for cylindrical components for deemed exports, tail boom trolleys and pallets for ALH Helicopters of Aeronautical industries, among others. In all these innovations, customers are provided details of components and technical support and functional requirement. We are using our in-house technological capability and expertise fully developed these products from design to fabrication. Pushpak acknowledges the technical inputs given by its customers for their product developments. Another major new product developed by us was RX Monitor cabinet and SIT cabinet for defence customer based on their requirement and suggestions which is now supplied around 11000 and 1500 nos. respectively all over India for Edusat programme.

We are also qualified and certified anodizers for aluminum and magnesium alloy space craft components of ISRO all over India.

Milestones

Pushpak was the approved technical manpower provider for major defence projects in India like LC aircraft, Kaveri Engine, Helicopter and Aerospace industries for Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Gas Turbine Research Establishment … 1993-2003 Pushpak provided around 450contract Engineers and Technicians for the above project.

In 1997 moved the entire operations to own building at Jalahalli, Bangalore which was around 3000 sqft area.
In 1998 rented an additional workspace for around 3000 sqft to cater to bulk orders from Toyota group.
With a wealth of experience behind a dedicated team and support from customers like Toyota group, HAL, BEL, ISRO, L&T, TGKL, Denso ..... Pushpak expanded the manufacturing facility to around 15000 sqft area in the year 2000.
By 2000 using the Knowledge and Support from Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), established Anodizing Plant. Pushpak is the only qualified Anodizer in India for all Aluminium & Magnesium components of ISRO for satellite applications. Pushpak is also part of India’s most prestigious lunar mission project “Chandrayaan” through its anodizing division.
In 2003, Pushpak Industrial Services was incorporated as Pushpak Products India Pvt. Ltd. Pushpak moved its entire operations including manufacturing unit to its own new facility. This is Pushpak Products present.
Corporate office. This facility also houses a concept room for rototypes of all customized products manufactured at Pushpak.
Year 2006 marked a new beginning for Pushpak when it bagged the prestigious “EduSat” project
from Bharat Electronics Ltd for ISRO.
Pushpak also received deemed export order from Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts on a continuous basis.
To produce high volumes of products, Pushpak acquired another facility in Nelamangala, Bangalore. This facility is around 2.5 acres area.
The manufacturing capacity was stepped up by adding latest technology machineries & equipments imported from Germany.

Year 2008

Technological Innovations at Pushpak are evident from the continuous new product development & modification over a period of 16 years.
Started exporting to overseas customers from Canada. Orders in pipeline to customers from Austria, UK and US.
